When you reply to one of our text messages, we record the reply (for example YES, NO, STOP, or HELP) and the time it was received.How we use itWe use your mobile number only to send work-related text messages: job offers, confirmations, call-time reminders, weekly schedules, schedule changes, and onboarding reminders. We use your replies to update your schedule. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.SMS opt-in data and mobile informationNo mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.Your mobile number and text-message consent are used solely to operate the Rigging Dynamics Inc (RDNY) work-schedule text program. We share data only with the service providers that deliver our messages (our SMS carrier platform) and only as needed to send and receive those messages.Your choicesYou may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out means we can no longer schedule you by text; you may still be scheduled by phone call.Data retention and securityWe keep scheduling records for as long as needed for payroll, tax, and employment purposes.
